Let’s learn to get safely upside down. Build strength in our bodies and space in our minds

£15 / £12 for members

Not suitable for complete beginners. You don’t need to be able to master a headstand before the workshop, that is what we will work towards.

Arm Balancing Workshop

Build strength in your body to support yourself on your hands. Explore evolving from crow pose to find twists in your arm balances and maintain your upper body form.

Relax and Unwind Workshop

An afternoon of deep relaxation, beginning with a guided mediation, followed by a yin sequence that involves holding the body in stillness and searching for surrender. Finishing with a yoga nidra – sleep session.
